1.       Forbid to grab worker from other factory. As for the worker who come to search a job, boss need to ask the reason,and as for the abnormal dismission, Boss need to notce the other facotries.

2.       No Copy! GOFA website(www.gofa-china.com) has the intellectual property part which can avoid careless mistake of copy. In the meantime, for OEM, factory need to mark in the contract and the copy problem need to be abilitied by client.

3.       Between factories, we can visit and exchange. However, factories can not “stealing”. As for the factories which do not keep the rules, GOFA will public notice when it is first time. But if this factory do not repent, and keep its mistake behavior, GOFA will notice in the whole outdoor furniture industry, and expell this factory.
